  • Raw banana starting to ripe 1 number (preferably kerala nenthran kai)
  • chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • curry leaves powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • oil 2 table spoon
  • mustard seed 1/4 teaspoon
  • Urud dal 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilly 1 number
  • curry leaves

How to make :banana: banana spicy fry

  1. Cut banana and put in a pan. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt
  2. Sprinkle some drops of water and add 1 table spoon oil
  3. Cook it closed in low flame for 2 minutes
  4. Stir often
  5. Let it fry crispy
  6. In a pan add oil and add mustard seed and urud Dal, red chilly and curry leaves
  7. Add seasoning and serve hot

My Tip:

Don't add more water just few drops are enough. Don't over cook.
