  1. Fresh green peas - 1 cup
  2. Red carrot -1
  3. Capsicum -1(optional)
  4. Tomato-1
  5. Turmeric powder-1/2 Tsp
  6. Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  7. Oil-1tbsp
  8. Jeera-1/2tsp
  9. Onion -1
  10. Green chilli-1
  11. Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD JEERA,CHOPPED ONION,GREEN CHILLY AND. GINGER GARLIC PASTE ONE BY ONE AND SAUTE
  2. ADD FRESH GREEN PEAS
  3. CUBED RED CARROTS
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER,GARAM MASALA AND SALT
  5. COVER AND COOK FOR A WHILE
  6. WHEN HALF COOKED ADD CHOPPED TOMATO& CAPSICUM, SAUTE
  7. SPRINKLE CORIANDER LEAVES AND SWITCH OFF
