Banana Fritters

Ingredients to make Banana Fritters

  • Raw banana - 2
  • gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • oil for frying
  • water 1/4 cup

How to make Banana Fritters

  1. Peel the raw banana.
  2. Cut banana into thin slices.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together except banana pieces and water.
  4. Add water slowly and make a thick batter.
  5. Batter should not be very thick or very thin.
  6. Now heat oil in a kadai.
  7. Dip banana pieces in batter and place in hot oil.
  8. Fry it on medium flame till its golden.
  9. Take it out on the tissue paper. Your Banana fritters are ready. Have it with any dip of your choice or just enjoy with a cup of tea.
