Pani puri kele pakode

Ingredients to make Pani puri kele pakode

  • Raw banana boiled and mashed (half dozen banana)
  • ginger, garlic and chilly paste 2 tsp
  • curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp + 1 tsp for batter
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp + 1tsp for batter
  • mango powder 1 tsp
  • oil for deep frying and 4 tsp for stuffing
  • Pani puri 15 pieces
  • chick pea flour 4 tsp
  • water as required
  • Soda 1/4 tsp

How to make Pani puri kele pakode

  1. Heat oil 4 tsp add turmeric powder asefodita and curry leaves.
  2. Add ginger garlic and chilly paste and saute it.
  3. Now add boiled and masher raw banana and mix it well.
  4. Add salt and all other spices and mix it well once it is ready keep it aside.
  5. Now make batter with chick pea flour salt soda and water. (Not very thick nor very thin)
  6. Heat oil for deep frying.
  7. Now take pani puri make hole in between now fill it with stuffing of bananas.
  8. Now dip it into the batter then deep fry it till it turns nice golden brown in colour.
  9. Serve hot with green chutney.
