Ingredients to make Banana chat

  • Raw banana 5
  • oil for deep frying
  • yogurts 1/2 cup
  • Boiled green peas.
  • Green chutney
  • tamarind chutney
  • salt
  • red chilly powder 2 tsp
  • Baric sev 4 tsp
  • onion 1 piece
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp

How to make Banana chat

  1. Peel banana then cut it into 3-4 pieces.
  2. Now deep fry the bananas and transfer it into kitchen towel.
  3. Now press it by hands.
  4. Now transfer it into serving plate add boiled green peas, yogurts, green chutney, tamarind chutney, salt , red chilly powder, onion, sev and then coriander leaves.
  5. Serve hot.
