Baked Potatoes with a Twist

Ingredients to make Baked Potatoes with a Twist

  • Big size potatoes 4
  • olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Room temperature butter 2 tbsp
  • garlic finely chopped 3
  • Mix herbs 1 tsp
  • red chilli flakes 3/4 tsp
  • Fresh or dry parsley 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese 1/4 cup

How to make Baked Potatoes with a Twist

  1. CUT 4 WASHED POTATOES INTO THIN SLICES, LEAVING 1/4 INCH AT THE BOTTOM UNSLICED
  2. MIX 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL, ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER POWDER, 1/2 TSP SALT, RUB ON THE SLICED POTATOES
  3. BAKE UNTIL CRISP IN A PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 55-60 MINS
  4. TAKE 2 TBSP SOFTENED BUTTER, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GARLIC, CHILLI FLAKES, MIXED HERBS & FRESH PARSLEY
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP GRATED CHEESE, MIX WELL
  6. APPLY THIS MIXTURE INTO THE BAKED POTATO LAYERS
  7. BAKE AGAIN UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS ON TOP
  8. SERVE HOT WITH SPICY MAYO
