ABOUT Dabeli RECIPE

Unique taste of this dabeli with crunchy nuts and pomegranate, onion and mashed boiled potato masala, stuff in pav and shallow fry in butter or oil.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 pieces boil potatoes, mashed
  2. Pomogranate seeds
  3. Crunchy fried groundnut sprinkled with :
  4. Chat Masala
  5. Aamchur powder
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Kala Namak (Rock Salt)
  8. Pepper powder
  9. Imli chutney
  10. Greenchutney
  11. Butter for shallow frying
  12. 8 pieces pav (bread)

Instructions

  1. In mashed potatoes, add salt, chilli, coriander, garam masala, sugar, pepper, green chilli paste, special dabeli masala and chat masala.
  2. Cut pav from between and apply butter. Stuff potato masala on it and on then put chopped onion, groundnut, pomegranate, green and imli chutney.
  3. Shallow fry that pav on tawa in butter and serve immediately.
