Donuts are very tasty and delicious and kids love hem very much. They are soft ,sponzy and yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1.5 cup flour
  2. 1.5 tsp Yeast
  3. 2 tbsp Sugar
  4. 120 gram butter
  5. 1/2 cup Milk
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. FOR GLAZE----
  8. 1 cup Icing sugar
  9. 2 tbsp Milk
  10. 1 tsp Strawberry essence
  11. 1 tsp orange essence
  12. 3 drops red colour
  13. 3 drops orange colour
  14. For dacoration---
  15. Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. SOAK YEAST IN LUKEWARM MILK ADD SUGAR
  2. TAKE FLOUR IN BOWL MAKE WELL
  3. ADD YEAST AND BUTTER AND SALT
  4. AND MAKE A DOUGH AND KNEAD FOR 6-7 MIN.
  5. NOW ROLL DOWN DOUGH
  6. AND CUT SMALL ROUNDS WITH A LID AND SMALL ROUND IN CENTER
  7. SPRINKLE FLOUR IN TRAY
  8. AND ARRANGE ALL DONUTS IN TRAY
  9. GREASE ALL DONUTS WITH OIL
  10. AND KEEP TRAY IN OVAN FOR FERMENTATION
  11. AFTER TWO HOURS HEAT OIL AND FRY THEM
  12. ON LOWER TO MEDIUM FLAME
  13. FRY FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  14. ALL DONUTS ARE READY
  15. MAKE GLAZE BY MIX ICING SUGAR WITH MILK AND ADD ESSENCE AND COLOUR
  16. DIP DONUTS IN IT
  17. NOW TAKE REMINING SUGAR AND MILK
  18. ADD ORANGE COLOUR AND ESSENCE
  19. AND STIR FINELY
  20. DIP DONUTS IN ORANGE GLAZE
  21. AND DACORATE WITH SPRINKLES
  22. ENJOY
