  2. बेकिंग पाउडर - 1 छोटी चम्मच
  3. बेकिंग सोडा - 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
  4. नमक - 1/4 छोटी चम्मच
  5. पिघला हुआ मक्खन या रिफाइन तेल - 1/4 कप
  6. गुनगुना दूध - 1 कप
  7. पिसी हुई चीनी - 3/4 कप( 160 ग्राम)
  8. वनीला एसेंस - 1 चम्मच
  9. कद्दूकस की हुई गाजर - 1/2 कप
  10. खजूर - 8
  11. मलाई या गाढ़ी दही - 1/3 कप
