Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. wheat flour-1 cup
  2. rice powder-2table spoon
  3. banana-3
  4. jaggery powder-1cup
  5. cardamom-2
  6. ghee

Instructions

  1. take wheat flour, jaggery,banana
  2. now powder the jaggery. then mix banana, wheat flour, rice flour, jaggery,cardamom in mixer.
  3. if needed add some water and make it to dosa batter consistancy.
  4. now keep the pan in stove pour some ghee and pour the batter one by one.
  5. when one side is cooked turn it back. when it cooked completely take it out.
