  3. 450 grams sugar
  4. 3 tsp baking powder
  5. 6 tsp of Orange zest
  6. 1 tsp coffee powder
  7. 1/2 cup hot water
  8. 1 tsp orange essence
  9. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  10. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  11. 1/2 cup orange juice

  2. In a large bowl, with hand blender mix together sugar and oil for 5 minutes and then add the vanilla and orange essence. In a cup add hot water and blend coffee until fully incorporated, now add this to the mixture and beat at high for 5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one by one and mix till you see the mixture is a little creamy and airy.
  4. Add in the cocoa, baking powder and salt with the help of a sieve.
  5. This is the right time to fold the flour lightly and to do that part the flour into three and add one part at a time with the help of sieve and fold the mixture till the three parts of the flour is mixed fully.
  6. At last add in orange juice, orange zest and mix lightly for 1 minute.
