Bharwan /Stuffed Baigan

Ingredients to make Bharwan /Stuffed Baigan

  • Small Brinjals 8 to 10
  • oil for frying
  • FOT STUFFING
  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwdr
  • 1 tsp chillie pwdr
  • 1 tsp dhania pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp aamchur pwdr
  • 1 tsp fennel/sauf seeds(tawa roast them before)

How to make Bharwan /Stuffed Baigan

  1. IN A BOWL TAKE 1/2 TSP HALDI PWDR
  2. 1 TSP RED CHILLIE PWDR
  3. 1 TSP DHANIA PWDR
  4. 11/2 TSP AMCHUR PWDR
  5. 1TSP SAUF/FENNEL PWDR(TAWA ROAST THE FENNEL SEEDS)
  6. MIX ALL THE DRY INGRIDENTS
  7. TAKE SMALL BRINJAL AND MAKE A CROSS CUT ABOVE IT
  8. FILL THE BRINJAL WITH THE DRY MASALA IN THE MIDDLE
  9. IN THE PAN ADD 3 TBSP OIL AND ADD 1/2 TSP WHOLE ZEERA
  10. FREE CURRY LEAVES
  11. ADD THE STUFFED BRINJAL.ARRANGE THEM HORIZONTALLY
  12. MIX AND COVER
  13. TURN THEM AND COOK ON ALL THE SIDES
