About Bread Rolls Recipe

Bread with potato filling makes a mouthwatering snack. This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer.

Ingredients to make Bread Rolls

  • White bread slices -5
  • potato(boiled)-3
  • Boiled peas- 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli(chopped)-1
  • ginger garlic -1tbsp
  • Chat masala powder-1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder(aamchur)-1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying and masala preparation
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

How to make Bread Rolls

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN A PAN
  2. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC, 1 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED, 1/4 CUP BOILED PEAS
  3. 1 TSP CHILLY POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP DRY MANGO POWDER, 1 TSP CHAT MASALA
  4. SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTES
  5. ADD 1.5 CUP BOILED AND GRATED POTATO, 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX WELL.
  6. STUFFING IS READY, LET IT COOL
  7. TRIM THE EDGES OF WHITE BREAD
  8. DIVIDE THE STUFFING IN EQUAL PORTIONS
  9. DIP THE BREAD INTO THE PLAIN WATER, TAKE IT OUT IMMEDIATELY AND GENTLY SQUEEZE THE WATER.
  10. PUT THE STUFFING IN THE MIDDLE AND ROLL IT FROM ALL THE SIDES TO SEAL IT,
  11. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  12. ONCE THE BREAD ROLLS TURNS GOLDEN BROWN, TAKE IT OUT ON THE KITCHEN TOWEL.
  13. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
  14. ENJOY!
