Heat water in a vessel. Add Methi & Salt.Boil for 3 minute & switch off the flame.
Let it rest in water for 7-8 minute. Strain the water. This should be 1/3 cup boiled Methi.
Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cashews. Once it starts changing color, Add Ginger & Green Chilli.
Add Jeera, Amchoor, Chilli, Dhania Powder, Heeng and Garam Masala. Cook for a minute.
Squeeze, chop & add methi. Add Salt. Cook for 8-10 minute on medium - low flame.
Add Oats to soak any water left in methi. Cook for a minute. Switch off the flame.
Add Potato. Mix well. Carve into medium size Tikkis.
Heat Oil for deep frying. Add Tikkis in 2 batches. Flip & Cook.
Take out once they turn crispy from both sides. Keep on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve Steaming Hot :)
