    Non Veg Pav Bhaji

    Ingredients to make Non Veg Pav Bhaji

    • 250 gms boneless Chicken and Meat (Boiled with whole garam masala, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and salt)
    • 2 big finely chopped onions
    • 1 1/2 boiled potatoes
    • 1 finely chopped capsicum
    • 2 tomatoes puree
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
    • Freshly chopped coriander leaves
    • Some lemon wedges
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp of chaat masala
    • 2 tbsp of cooking oil
    • 1 tsp butter
    • Some pav roasted in butter on tava

    How to make Non Veg Pav Bhaji

    1. Make fine pieces of boiled meat and chicken or you can shred it. Mash boiled potatoes. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute, then add finely chopped onions to it. Saute till it turns little brown.
    2. Add red chilli powder and tomato puree to it and saute nicely. Add boiled potatoes and mix it nicely with the masala and then add Pav bhaji masala to it.
    3. Add the shredded meat and chicken and saute with all the masala nicely on a medium flame till the oil separates from the sides. Add a little water to it and cover it with a lid and cook till all masala gets absorbed into the meat and chicken.
    4. Finally add chopped capsicum and salt as per your taste to it and let it simmer on a medium flame for some time.
    5. Add chaat masala to it for extra flavour to your pav bhaji. Turn off the flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a dollop of butter and serve hot with pav roasted in butter on tava with some lemon wedges.
