Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Nenthran pazham (Kerala banana) 2 numbers
  2. Raw rice flour 3 table spoon
  3. Sugar 3table spoon
  4. Maida 1/2 cup
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Ghee 3 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Mash banana
  2. Add all ingredients except ghee
  3. Make it a thick dough
  4. In a hot pan make does and add ghee to roast it
  5. Cook in medium heat
