  1. பலாகாய் சிறிதாக நறுக்கி குக்கரில் 3 விசில் வந்ததும் இறக்கவும்
  2. வாணலியில் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி காய்ந்ததும் கடுகு தாளித்து பலாகாய் சேர்த்து பிரட்டவும்
  3. இறக்கும் போது தேங்காய் துருவல் சேர்த்து இறக்கவும்
