Ingredients to make Bread Rasmalai

  • 2 cups whole milk(full fat)
  • 1/2 cup milk maid
  • A pinch kesar strands
  • 2to3 elachi pods grinded
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts(I have used almonds and pista)
  • White bread 4 to 5 slices
  • Round or any shape cookie cutter

How to make Bread Rasmalai

  1. IN 2 CUP OF BOILING MILK ADD 1/2 CUP MILKMAID(U CAN REDUCE OR INCREASE MILKMAID AS PER UR TASTE)
  2. WHEN IT STARTS TO BOIL ADD FEW STRANDS OF SAFFRON
  3. THEN ADD CRUSHED CARDAMOM PWDR
  4. ADD SLICED MIXED NUTS.LET THE MILK REDUCE TILL HALF.KEEP STIRING.ONCE DONE COOL FOR 2 TO 3 HRS
  5. TAKE A COOKIE CUTTER AND CUT THE BREAD SLICES
  6. ARRANGE THEM IN A PLATE AND POUR THE THICK MILK
  7. THE SLICES SHOULD COMPLETELY IMMERSE IN THE THICK CREAMY MILK
  8. SPRINKLE SLICED NUTS ON TOP
