Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. banana-4
  2. sugar-1 cup
  3. wheat flour-1 cup
  4. poha-4table spoon
  5. oil
  6. cardamom-2

Instructions

  1. peel and cut the banana
  2. soak poha and 2tablespoon of sugar in little amount of water
  3. cut the banana and stuff this soaked poha inside it.
  4. now mix wheat flour and sugar with water and make it a batter.
  5. consistancy must be like the dosa batter.
  6. now dip the stuffed banana in this batter and deep fry in oil.
