ABOUT Plantain fry RECIPE

This is a very healthy side dish made with plantains, to be served with some dal rice.

  1. plantain-2
  2. chilli powder_1spoon
  3. turmeric powder - 1tsp
  4. oil
  5. mustard seed-1tsp
  6. urad dal-1tsp
  7. curry leaves
  8. salt

Instructions

  1. cut plantain into round slices
  2. now keep pan in stove add oil
  3. add mustard seed, urad dal, curry leaves, and then
  4. add sliced plantain and fry well. when it is cooked add salt chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry well.
