ABOUT Banana- Chia Seeds Paniyaram / Banana - Chia seeds Appe Balls RECIPE

This is a healthy and perfect evening snacks for kids. No flour is required for this and all you need is just banana and eggs.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Big Banana, mashed
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 Tbsp honey
  4. 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  5. Less than 1/4 Tsp Vanilla essence
  6. Icing sugar for Dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs using fork and add mashed banana followed by chia seeds, vanilla essence and honey.
  2. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Heat appe / Paniyaram pan and grease the paniyaram mould using butter or ghee.
  4. Pour in the batter gently using spoon and cook both the sides in a medium flame.
  5. Once done, remove from the flame and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
  6. Dust with Icing sugar and serve.
