About Fried rice Recipe

This is best for the tiffin, a delicious fried rice loaded with veggies.

Fried rice

Ingredients to make Fried rice

  • rice, cooked 1cup
  • oil 2tbsp
  • garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili ,chopped 2
  • spring onions, chopped 1
  • carrot ,finely chopped, 1/2
  • Beans ,finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Greenc chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1tsp
  • tomato sauce 1tsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • Greenry of spring onion 2tsp

How to make Fried rice

  1. Heat oil in a wok,add garlic and ginger paste, green chili and cook for couples of seconds
  2. Add spring onions, carrots, beans,salt,black pepper, and cook in high flame
  3. In a bowl add green chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and mix well
  4. Add sauces mixture in a wok and cook for 1 min
  5. Add rice and toss for 2 min
  6. Serve in a platter and garnish with Green of spring onion
