ABOUT Fried rice RECIPE

This is best for the tiffin, a delicious fried rice loaded with veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice, cooked 1cup
  2. oil 2tbsp
  3. garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  4. ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chili ,chopped 2
  6. Spring onions, chopped 1
  7. carrot ,finely chopped, 1/2
  8. Beans ,finely chopped 1/2 cup
  9. salt 1 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  11. Greenc chilli sauce 1 tsp
  12. Soy sauce 1tsp
  13. tomato sauce 1tsp
  14. vinegar 1 tsp
  15. Greenry of spring onion 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok,add garlic and ginger paste, green chili and cook for couples of seconds
  2. Add spring onions, carrots, beans,salt,black pepper, and cook in high flame
  3. In a bowl add green chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and mix well
  4. Add sauces mixture in a wok and cook for 1 min
  5. Add rice and toss for 2 min
  6. Serve in a platter and garnish with Green of spring onion
