Green Chutney

Ingredients to make Green Chutney

  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • 2 pieces ginger (1 inch)
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1 gooseberry /amla(chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to make Green Chutney

  1. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES IN MIXER GRINDER.
  2. ADD MINT LEAVES TO IT.
  3. ADD BABY SPINACH LEAVES IN IT.
  4. ADD AMLAS, GARLIC, GINGER, ONIONS AND TOMATOES TO IT.
  5. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND SALT TO IT.
  6. ADD CURD AND GRIND IT.
  7. GREEN CHUTNEY IS READY.
