Ingredients to make Bread Rasmalai

  • 2 cups whole milk(full fat)
  • 1/2 cup milk maid
  • A pinch kesar strands
  • 2to3 elachi pods grinded
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts(I have used almonds and pista)
  • White bread 4 to 5 slices
  • Round or any shape cookie cutter

How to make Bread Rasmalai

  1. BOIL 2 CUPS MILK, ADD 1/2 CUP MILKMAID / CONDENSED MILK
  2. ADD A FEW SAFFRON STRANDS
  3. ADD 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  4. ADD SLICED MIXED NUTS, LET THE MILK REDUCE TO HALF, COOL FOR 2-3 HOURS
  5. CUT 4-5 BREAD SLICES INTO DESIRED SHAPES
  6. ARRANGE IN A PLATE, POUR THE THICKENED MILK
  7. GARNISH WITH MIXED NUTS
