Ingredients to make Beetroot Burfi

  • Beetroot - 1cup
  • ghee - 3tbsp
  • Khowa - 50gm
  • sugar - 50gm or more
  • cardamom powder - pinch
  • Nuts - 1 tbsp( grated)

How to make Beetroot Burfi

  1. IN A WIDE VESSEL ADD 3TBSP OF GHEE AND A CUP OF GRATED BEETROOT
  2. SAUTE IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  3. ADD HALF CUP OF MILK
  4. KEEP STIRRING
  5. ADD GRATED NUTS AND A PINCH OF CARDAMOM POWDER
  6. ADD 50GM OF UNSWEETENED KHOWA
  7. FINALLY ADD SUGAR, KEEP STIRRING UNTIL IT GETS DRIED UP
  8. PUT IT IN A TRAY.SPREAD EVENLY.REFREGIRATE FOR AN HOUR
