Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Papaya puree 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Japhal powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Raisins few
  7. Mixed chopped dry fruits and nuts 2 tsp
  8. Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. GRIND PEELED AND CHOPPED PAPAYA 1 CUP
  2. FRY PAPAYA PUREE TILL TENDER
  3. ADD SUGAR
  4. SALT, RAISINS
  5. JAPHAL POWDER, CARDAMOM POWDER
  6. GHEE 2 TSP
  7. STIR CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THICKNESS
  8. TRANSFER INTO A SERVING BOWL
  9. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED DRY FRUITS AND NUTS
