It's a completely new dish from my kitchen and it is rich in taste with the blend of walnut,saffron, cheese and rose water.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST, CUT INTO 4 LARGE PIECES
  2. 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  3. 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  4. 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  5. 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  6. Salt to taste
  7. HUNG CURD 100 GM
  8. 25 GM WALNUT CHOPPED FINELY
  9. 1/2 GRAM SAFFRON MIXED IN MILK
  10. 100 GM COTTAGE CHEESE
  11. 1 DROP ROSE WATER
  12. OIL FOR BRUSHING
  13. 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  14. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  15. KASHMIRI RED CHILLI PASTE 1 TBSP

Instructions

  1. 1ST MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH HUNG CURD, CHEESE, SALT, CHILLI POWDER, CHILLI PASTE AND TURMERIC POWDER. KEEP IT IN THE FREEZER FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR.
  2. 2ND MARINATE WITH LEFT OTHER INGREDIENTS & KEEP ASIDE FOR MIN 1HR.
  3. PREHEAT THE OVEN (OR TANDOOR) FOR 10 MINS. NOW BAKE IT FOR 40 MINS at 200 DEGREES CELSIUS. BRUSH WITH OIL OCCASIONALLY.
  4. SERVE IT HOT WITH PARATHAS.
