ABOUT Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Cake RECIPE

Quick, easy cake recipe made with whole wheat flour and bananas. light, soft and moist banana cake baked in pressure cooker.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 nos banana
  2. 1&1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  3. 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 1/3 cup oil
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  8. A pinch of salt
  9. 2 tablespoons peeled & sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Take mixing bowl and mash banana. Add sugar in mashed banana and mix it.
  2. Add oil n vanilla essence in it and again mix it well
  3. Take wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt sift it in banana mixture and fold till batter done. Add 1 tablespoon almonds in batter n mix.
  4. Grease cake tin, pour batter and level with spatula. gently tap cake tin. Garnish 1 tablespoon sliced almonds on batter.
  5. Bake in preheated pressure cooker for 40 to 50minutes. Remove whistle n rubber from lid.
  6. Transfer it to a plate. Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Cake is ready to eat. Serve this yummy cake with hot cup of tea, coffee or juice.
