About Fish & vegetables Recipe

This is mild, pan grilled fish& vegetables with pepper,garlic,lime flavor.Healthy,easy to cook, free of bones.

Ingredients to make Fish & vegetables

  • Nile Fish fillet -250 gm
  • olive Oil -1 tbsp
  • Chilli,turmeric,cumin powders-each1/4 tsp
  • Freshly grind pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic cloves-4
  • lemon juice-2 tsp
  • salt - little to taste
  • capsicum,mushroom,onion -few slices.

How to make Fish & vegetables

  1. INGREDIENTS:-NILE FISH FILLET - 250 GM,OLIVE OIL-1 TBSP,CHILLI POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,CUMIN POWDER -EACH1/4 TSP,FRESHLY GRIND PEPPER-1/2 TSP,CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES-4, LEMON JUICE-2 TSP,SALT -TO TASTE,VEGETABLES CAPSICUM,MUSHROOM,ONION SLICES.
  2. MIX AND APPLY ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO BOTH SIDES OF THE FISH FILLET EXCEPT OIL.
  3. MARINATED FISH FILLET READY,KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINUTES.
  4. HEAT GRILL PAN, POUR OIL.
  5. GENTLY PLACE THE MARINATED FISH FILLET.
  6. ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN HIGH FLAME.
  7. SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES AND TURN IT.
  8. CLOSE WITH LID.
  9. OPEN AND CHECK.
  10. SLICE MUSHROOM,CAPSICUM AND ONION.
  11. TURN THE FISH FILLET AND ARRANGE THE VEG SLICES.
  12. TRANSFER THE GRILLED FISH FILLET TO A PLATE AND TOSS THE VEGETABLES.
  13. NOW FISH & VEGETABLES READY !
