Mango ginger or kukkushunti is generally like spicy ginger and tastes like raw mango. It's chutney goes well with any kind of dosa.

Ingredients to make Mango Ginger Chutney

  • Mango ginger 1"
  • Grated coconut handful
  • salt to taste
  • Sufficient water
  • red chilli 2
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • tamarind 1*4 gooseberry sized

How to make Mango Ginger Chutney

  1. FRY 2 RED CHILLI IN 1 TSP COOKING OIL
  2. COMBINE 1" CHOPPED MANGO GINGER AND HANDFUL OF GRATED COCONUT
  3. FRIED RED CHILLI, SALT, TAMARIND 1/4 GOOSEBERRY SIZED, WATER, GRIND COARSELY
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER A PINCH AND CONTINUE GRINDING TILL SMOOTH, POUR INTO A BOWL AND SERVE
