Cheese Kachori

Ingredients to make Cheese Kachori

  • For the Kachori dough
  • 2 cups Refined flour
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For Filling
  • ½ cup paneer (Grated)
  • ½ cup Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp ginger ( grated)
  • 1 tsp chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

How to make Cheese Kachori

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS FLOUR, ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP EACH OF BAKING SODA & CAROM SEEDS
  2. ADD 2 TSP OIL, MIX WELL
  3. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, KNEAD INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH
  4. APPLY SOME OIL, KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINS
  5. FOR STUFFING- MIX 1/2 CUP EACH OF COTTAGE CHEESE & CHEESE, SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & CUMIN POWDER, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED GINGER, 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER, MIX
  8. STUFFING IS READY
  9. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO SMALL BALLS AND ROLL INTO THIN POORIS
  10. PLACE 2 TBSP STUFFING IN THE CENTRE, APPLY WATER TO THE EDGES
  11. PINCH THE DOUGH FROM THE SIDES & SEAL
  12. DEEP FRY IN MEDIUM HOT OIL
  13. FLIP & COOK FROM BOTH SIDES
  14. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  15. THESE ARE YUM !
