Strawberry - Papaya Pannacotta

Ingredients to make Strawberry - Papaya Pannacotta

  • Strawberry 5-6
  • papaya 1 cup
  • Custard powder 2 tsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • sugar 4-5 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Japhal powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mixed dry fruits and nuts chopped 1 tsp
  • For garnish... 2 strawberry
  • 2 jelly

How to make Strawberry - Papaya Pannacotta

  1. BLEND SMOOTHLY AND TAKE THE PULP OF STRAWBERRIES
  2. PEELED AND CHOPPED PAPAYA 1 CUP, BLEND SMOOTHLY AND TAKE PULP
  3. 2 TSP CUSTARD POWDER, COMBINE WITH MILK
  4. BRING IT TO BOIL BY CONTINUOUS STIRRING TO AVOID LUMPS
  5. ADD SUGAR 4 TSP
  6. STARTS THICKENING, TURN OFF THE FLAME, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  7. ADD CARDAMOM AND JAPHAL POWDER
  8. MIX WELL
  9. MAKE IT 2 PORTIONS
  10. FOR 1 PORTION ADD STRAWBERRY PULP, MIX WELL
  11. HONEY 2 TSP EACH
  12. POUR INTO 2 GLASSES ONE BY TWO PROPORTIONS
  13. MIX PAPAYA PULP WITH CUSTARD MILK, CLOSE THE LID AND STORE IN FRIDGE
  14. STORE THE STRAWBERRY FILLED GLASSES CROSS WAY IN REFRIGERATOR FOR SET, MINIMUM 2 HOURS
  15. TAKE OUT THE GLASSES
  16. FILL WITH PAPAYA FLAVOUR
  17. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED DRY FRUITS AND NUTS, AGAIN STORE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2-3 HOURS
  18. GARNISH WITH STRAWBERRY AND JELLY, SERVE IN CHILL
