  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • tamarind gooseberry sized

  1. INSTANT RICE SEVAI
  2. BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES
  3. ADD INTO BOILING WATER
  4. BRING IT TO BOIL IN LOW FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES, ADD SALT
  5. CHECK THE COOKNESS, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  6. STRAIN IT, REMOVE THE EXCESS WATER
  7. HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, LET IT CRACKLE
