About Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

An easy to make dessert if you dont want to take out your kids to joints which keep unbranded ice-creams and save them from cough and cold caused due to it. This gets ready under 9 hours and can be consumed for over 15 days after making.

Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Whipped cream - 200 gms
  • Fresh cream - 200 gms
  • Condensed milk - 100 ml
  • Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
  • Choco syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

How to make Chocolate Ice Cream

  1. Whip the whipped cream with a hand blender for about 10-12 minutes until sharp peaks are formed. Add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Whip for another 2 minutes just to ensure that it all blends well together.
  3. Spread the mixture in an airtight container evenly. Cover and keep it in the deep freezer section of the fridge for about 8 hours.
  4. Check the consistency after 8 hours and keep it for additional hours depending on the hardness you desire from your home made chocolate ice-cream.

My Tip:

I use additional castor sugar to make it extra sweet at times, just a spoon or two.
