Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Raw banana 2 pieces
  2. 1/3 blow roasted and salted peanuts, crushed
  3. 4 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  4. 5 green chillies, paste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 3 tbsp olive oil
  7. Fresh dhaniya, chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add the grated banana, chilli paste, chopped dhaniya, salt, sesame seeds and peanuts powder.
  2. Mix it well and add lime juice to avoid black.
  3. Take a non stick tawa, apply oil, when the oil tempers, spread the mixture not too thin or too thick and roast on a low flame till both sides turn light brown in colour.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of chutney.
