Raw Banana Rosti

Ingredients to make Raw Banana Rosti

  • Raw banana 2 pieces
  • 1/3 blow roasted and salted peanuts, crushed
  • 4 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 5 green chillies, paste
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh dhaniya, chopped

How to make Raw Banana Rosti

  1. Take a bowl, add the grated banana, chilli paste, chopped dhaniya, salt, sesame seeds and peanuts powder.
  2. Mix it well and add lime juice to avoid black.
  3. Take a non stick tawa, apply oil, when the oil tempers, spread the mixture not too thin or too thick and roast on a low flame till both sides turn light brown in colour.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of chutney.

My Tip:

You can also make rosties with aloo, beet, yam and sweet potatoes.
