About Chicken lollipops Recipe

Chicken lollipops are an awesome starter for all party occasions. Follow this recipe to make these at home for your loved ones.

Chicken lollipops

Ingredients to make Chicken lollipops

  • chicken marination:- 500 gms chicken lollipops
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • For the batter:- 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Chicken lollipops

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce & Salt
  2. Keep it for an hour in fridge
  3. For the batter :
  4. Combine maida, corn flour, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, oil,salt .
  5. Add water to make a smooth batter without lumps
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Dip the marinated chicken lollipop in the batter holding at the bone
  8. Put the lollipop in hot oil
  9. When the batter sets reduce the flame to low
  10. Fry till crisp
  11. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue
  12. Wrap the bone with aluminium foil
