Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Salted jackfruit flakes 2 cup
  2. Cooking oil for deep fry
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chilli powder to taste

Instructions

  1. CHOP INTO LONG, CLEANLY WASHED AND 1 HOUR SOAKED SALTED JACKFRUIT FLAKES
  2. FRY IN HOT OIL
  3. FRY BY STIRRING, TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. REMOVE AND PLACE ON KITCHEN PAPER
  5. ADD SALT
  6. CHILLI POWDER, MIX WELL AND SERVE
