Ingredients to make Thiratipaal with Paneer

  • 1 ltr milk curdled gives 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup jaggery
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • cardamon powder

How to make Thiratipaal with Paneer

  1. BOIL 1 LITRE MILK AND ADD 1/2 LEMON JUICE
  2. USE A LADLE OR SPOON TO STIR CONSTANTLY
  3. WHEN THE WHEY IS CLEAR, TIME TO STRAIN PANEER
  4. USE MUSLIN CLOTH TO STRAIN THE PANEER
  5. ADD FRESH WATER TO REMOVE LEMON FLAVOUR
  6. USE BOTH HANDS TO SQUEEZE THE WATER COMPLETELY
  7. 1/2 CUP PANEER IS READY
  8. BOIL 1/4 CUP WATER AND 1/4 CUP JAGGERY
  9. PREPARE JAGGERY SYRUP
  10. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP TO PANEER. MIX WELL
  11. INCORPORATE JAGGERY SYRUP WITH PANEER
  12. IN A NON STICK KADAI, ADD 1 TSP GHEE AND PANEER MIX
  13. ADD 1 TSP CARDAMON POWDER
  14. TURN OFF THE FLAME, WHEN THE WATER GET EVAPORATED AND MIXTURE TURN REDDISH. COOL THE MIXTURE
  15. BLEND THE MIXTURE
