ABOUT Spicy sweetpotato RECIPE

This is a quick recipe of a side dish made with sweet potatoes, to be served with roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet potato 2
  2. Red chilly 1
  3. Green chilly 1
  4. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  7. Oil as required
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  9. Asafoetida a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a sweet potato. Boil it.Peel it.cut it.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds.Asafoetida
  3. Then add red chilly and green chilly chopped.
  4. Then add boiled sweet potato . And add red chilly powder and salt .
  5. Mix well.
