Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana 1-2
  2. Sugar 3-4 tsp
  3. Rice flour 2 tsp
  4. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  5. Salt apinch
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In bowl Mash banana well.
  2. Now add flours,sugar and salt mix well to become good consistency.(not too thick or too thin).take it and make like small balls.
  3. In pan heat oil.add banana balls.deep fry till golden brown.
  4. Banana vada is ready
