Using leftover dal to make wholesome breakfast

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup leftover moong dal
  2. 2 1tblspn oats
  3. 2tbspn wheat flour
  4. 1/4cup finely chopped onion
  5. 1 chopped chilli
  6. Pinch of haldi
  7. 1tsp sugar
  8. 1/4tsp chaat masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix everything accept oil..consistency should be of dosa batter, heat tawa and oil it lightly Now add the made batter and let it cook crisp (flame to be on low to medium), serve with your fav dip or sauce.
  2. Mixing ingredients
  3. Adding wheat flour
  4. Batter consistency..(should be like dosa Batter, this seems bit thick in pic though)
  5. Chila is ready
  6. Serve
