  3. Badam 3 nos
  4. Pista 3 nos
  5. Dates 3 nos
  6. Walnut 3 nos
  7. Fig 3 nos
  8. Honey as requiered
  9. Milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Cut almonds into pieces
  2. Deseed dates
  3. Take all ingredients in blender
  4. Grind it into a smoothie
  5. Healthy banana dry fruits milkshake ready
