  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • Add few chopped coriander leavs
  • Tempering pan

How to make Karandi omelette

  1. TAKE A BOWL CRACK THE EGGS
  2. BEAT WELL
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONION TURMERICPOWDER
  4. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, AND ALSO SALT AND PEPPER
  5. MIX WELL ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER
  6. HEAT A TEMPERING PAN ADD LITTLE OIL
  7. POUR THE EGG BATTER COOK FOR LOWFLAME
  8. GENTLY FILP THE EGG
  9. THEN COOK FOR A MINUTE AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER THE PLATE
