A delicious parathas made with raw bananas, healthy and can also be consumed during fasts.

Fasting Banana Paratha

Ingredients to make Fasting Banana Paratha

  • Raw grated potato 1
  • Raw grated banana1
  • grated cucumber 1,
  • 4 teaspoon rajgeera flour
  • green chillies 4-5
  • salt as per taste
  • [cumin seeds] jeera 1/2 tsp

How to make Fasting Banana Paratha

  1. Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a pan, grease it with little oil. Like dosa batter , pour the batter and spread it on hot oil fry pan, cover lead. Keep it for 2 minutes.
  3. Fry other side for 2 minutes. crispy crunchy Paratha is ready to it. During fasting it is tasty & healthy. serve with curd or buttermilk

My Tip:

serve hot paratha with buttermilk or curd for better taste
