ABOUT Jhatpat Choco Chip Ice Cream RECIPE

It's a simple way to experiment with different flavours, my Mom found this recipe on some TV Show and then I tried to create a variation using coffee and choco chips combination.

Ingredients Serving: 5

Heavy Whipping Cream - 4 cups
Condensed Milk - 1 cup
Coffee Powder - 3 tsp
Choco Chips - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup

Instructions

Take milk and add the coffee powder, mix it well and keep aside.
Blend together the whipping cream and condensed milk until it turns thick and creamy.
Add the coffee mixture to the cream and mix till all the ingredients blend well. Add in the choco chips and stir.
Put this mixture in a safe container and keep it in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours.
Serve it with Chocolate Sauce.
