Banana Raita

Ingredients to make Banana Raita

  • 4 banana, peeled and chopped in slices
  • 2 cup fresh yogurt
  • 1/2 tspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 tspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 tspoon red chilly powder(optional)
  • 1/4 tspoon Black salt
  • salt according to taste
  • 1/2 tspoon sugar

How to make Banana Raita

  1. Beat the yogurt till it get smooth.
  2. Add the sugar, salt,black pepper,cumin seed powder and lal mirch powder.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Add slices of banana and mix it well.
  5. Serve it with your main course.
