About Chholiye Parantha Recipe

My grand mother was fond of chholiyas, so this is how she used to make a paratha stuffed with choliyas.

Ingredients to make Chholiye Parantha

  • 1 bowl chholiye
  • wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 green or red chilli
  • 1 chopped onion

How to make Chholiye Parantha

  1. COARSELY GRIND THE CHOLIYAS, MIX ONION, GREEN CHILLIES , SPICES AND SALT TO THE SAME. KNEAD A DOUGH WITH WHEAT FLOUR.
  2. STUFF EACH ROUNDEL OF THE DOUGH WITH THE CHOLIYA MIXTURE. ROLL EACH STUFFED ROTI OUT. PUT THE ROTI ON THE HOT TAWA.FLIP IT.
  3. SPREAD OIL ON BOTH THE SIDES OF PARANTHA..
