ABOUT Sunday sizzler RECIPE

This is a delicious sizzler with lot of vegetables and rice.....colourful and tasty....easy to make and everyone just love it.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For rice----
  2. 1.5 cup boiled rice
  3. 1/2 chopped spinach
  4. 1.5 tbsp oil
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/2 cup chop onion
  7. 1 green chilli
  8. 1 tsp jeera
  9. For Gravy---
  10. 1.5 tbsp oil
  11. 1/2 cup chop onion
  12. 1/2 cup chop tomato
  13. 1/2 cup boil potato
  14. 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  15. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  16. 1 green chilli
  17. Coriander leaves
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. 1/2 tsp paav bhaaji masala
  21. 1 lemon's juice
  22. Otato chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and add jeera
  2. Add onion and saute
  3. Then add green chilli
  4. Add spinach and cook a little
  5. Then add cooked rice and salt
  6. Mix finely our rice are ready
  7. For Gravy---
  8. Heat oil and add onion chilli
  9. Saute them and add tomato
  10. Then add boiled peas and potato and mash them
  11. Add 2 tbsp water
  12. Add paneer cubes and lemon juice
  13. Heat sizzler plate for 20 min.
  14. Then put gravy in center
  15. And spread rice all over in round
  16. Take little oil and water and sprinkle on plate
  17. Garnish with potato chips and serve hot
