How to make Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Sumac

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Scrub and clean the potatoes (I left the skin on). Then cut into slices and toss in oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread out the potato slices on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven until it's done.
  4. Sprinkle generously with sumac once the fries are out of the oven.

My Tip:

You can add other herbs, spices, flavoured salts, etc. I plan to try it with feta or goat cheese the next time around.
